Pastor Rick is a native of Alabama, and has resided in Prattville most of his life. He surrendered to ministry at the age of seventeen, while still in high school. He is a graduate of Prattville High School, and in 1986, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion from Liberty University. Pastor Rick has served as pastor of Fountain City since September of 1990. Before coming to Fountain City he served as Youth and Associate Pastor in Nashville, TN; and also as Associate Pastor in Virginia Beach, VA. Pastor Rick and his wife Sherry were married on August 12, 1983. They have three sons and one daughter. Their oldest son is married and serves in full-time ministry. Their daughter is a full-time student at West Coast Baptist College, and their two youngest sons are active in the ministry here at Fountain City.

Joel began serving at Fountain City in June of 2009. He is a native of North Carolina, and grew up in Raleigh. He was saved at the age of 12, and surrendered to ministry while in high school. He is a graduate of Hilltop Christian School, and went on to attend Southeastern College, majoring in Music. He is responsible for overseeing the music and student ministries here at Fountain City as well as leading the Media Team. He and his wife Ashley were married on August 2, 2008. Both have a passion for music and impacting the lives of the teenagers in our community.
